Good product. Customer service needs improvement.

It was my second time purchasing from this store. The first time, customer support was kind enough to call and inform me of the delivery issues since my area is considered non-serviceable.

The recent purchase, however, was terrible. They didn’t promptly reply to my emails for an update. I was not given a call either for the status of the delivery. I was put under a lot of stress.

As for the product, it’s the best price I could find. This shampoo is also hard to find in our local stores, so I’d most probably order here again. I hope I’d get better service.
