Q: How long does it take for an order to get to me?
We have different shipping options depending on your address.
- Customers in Metro Manila can choose STANDARD DELIVERY for both COD and non-COD payments, to arrive within 1 to 4 working days after payment/confirmation.
- Customers in Metro Manila can also choose SAME DAY DELIVERY via Black Arrow. Delivery fee for SAME DAY delivery will be the actual cost of delivery from our location to yours. Orders must be placed online, paid in advance (bank deposit, credit card or OTC) before we ship a parcel out. COD is not allowed for SAME DAY DELIVERY. The actual cost of delivery will be paid directly to the Black Arrow rider. Message us with your address to give you a quote on the actual delivery cost. SAME DAY delivery is available between 11AM til 6PM. Time of delivery will be subject to riders' availability. - Customers in Luzon can choose STANDARD DELIVERY for both COD and non-COD payments, to arrive within 5 to 7 working days after payment confirmation.
- Customers in Visayas and Mindanao can choose VISMIN SHIPPING for both COD and non-COD payments, to arrive within 5 to 7 working days after payment confirmation. Shipping to Visayas and Mindanao takes longer due to regulations on liquids. In some cases these are required to be sea freighted.
Q: How much is shipping?
For payments done via Credit Card, Bank Deposit, 7Eleven, GCash, ECPay, and other prepaid options, shipping rates are an affordable:
- ₱90 within Metro Manila
- ₱150 within LUZON
- ₱195 within VISAYAS AND MINDANAO
- ₱150 for Metro Manila STANDARD Cash on Delivery
- ₱200 for Cash on Delivery within LUZON
- ₱250 for Cash on Delivery within VISAYAS AND MINDANAO
